Shipping & Returns
The Beauty Collective reserves the right to ship orders via FedEx or the Canadian Postal Service at any time, at its discretion. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, with tracking numbers.
The Beauty Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If incorrect shipping address is provided, customer is responsible for paying all extra shipping costs.
Shipping and Handling Rates and Times for Canada
If you order $300.00 or more in products you will receive FREE Canada Post Ground* shipping.
All other shipping charges will automatically be determined by our Canada Post Shipping Calculator.
International shipping is subject to increased charges.
Same Day Shipping
All orders received between Monday and Friday are processed the same day. All orders must be placed by 1 PM CST to be shipped on the same business day. If placed after 1PM EST, your order will be shipped the following business day.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping
Overnight and priority orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and orders placed on Federal Holidays (also including Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve) will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday(s).
Returns and Exchanges
It's is our mission at The Beauty Collective to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, The Beauty Collective cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened.
Returns and exchanges of unopened, resalable products are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt. Buyer will be credited with his or her purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee. Even exchanges of unopened/unused products may be authorized within fourteen (14) days of date on original purchase receipt. In the event that a return or exchange is desired, please contact The Beauty Collective within fourteen (14) days of product receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1.204.477.5274.
